Express Shipping is by Australia Post and the delivery timeframes excludes any processing time at our facilities
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for it to be processed before shipment (excluding weekends & public holidays)
Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment from Australia Post.
During any public holidays or peak promotional times on our website, processing time of orders can take slightly longer & we kindly request your patience during these busy periods.

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Please note: Shipping is free for online orders over $80 (after any promotions or promo discount codes have been applied).
Promo codes cannot be used to pay for shipping.
All Sportsgirl orders have authority to leave in a safe place. You can track and manage the delivery of your parcel i.e redirection via your MyPost account on the Australia Post website or app.
You can redirect your order via your MyPost account on the Australia Post website or app once you receive your tracking number.
We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Your tracking details will be emailed to you by Australia Post within 24 hours of shipment.
Please allow 1- 3 business days for your order to be processed at our facilities before shipment, and during peak promotional times, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
If you have an account with us and were logged in at the time of checkout, you will also receive your tracking details in your profile.
In the event that you submitted an incorrect email at checkout, please contact our team at online@cs.sportsgirl.com.au.
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any alternations including cancellations.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST TO NEW ZEALAND?
Delivery to New Zealand is free for orders over $100 (after any promo codes or promotional discounts have been applied), otherwise the shipping cost is $30 for orders under $100.
HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COST?
International Delivery we charge a flat rate of $30 AUD.
Please note that our shipping does not cover any international customs duties or sales taxes that may be payable upon delivery.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
For International delivery, you should receive your order within 10 business days.
Sportsgirl ships to most destinations around the world and we use Australia Post Express Courier International trackable service for all our international orders. For any delivery issues, please contact the shipping company with the tracking number provided.
